A:

We ship by Australia Post for all domestic and most international shipments. Occasionally, we may use a commercial courier service for faster delivery. All deliveries within Australia should be received within seven (7) business days from date of payment (21 days for international orders). 

A:

For security reasons, we're unable to deliver our merchandise to deliver PO Boxes either in Australia or overseas. 

A:

Unless specified, all prices shown are in $AU. Note: if you pay via credit card the total amount will be converted into your currency as the transaction goes through your bank account.

Sure! Just send the item back to us in an as-new saleable condition. Be sure to include a note telling us the reason for your return and include a telephone number in case we need it to complete your request. If for some reason we\'ve made a mistake at our end or there is something defective about the product shipped to you, let us know and we\'ll be very happy to reimburse you in full for goods and postage.

Sure! Just mail your money order for the total amount of your purchase including the postage and handling to BEING AUSTRALIAN PO Box 816 Edgecliff NSW 2027. Please note: we can only accept Money Orders in Australian currency.

Absolutely. It's easy and it's safe. We use a third-party industry-registered payment-handling by PAYPAL with 128-bit data encryption to ensure secure transactions. More importantly, transactions are not handled by us or through our web site server. We cannot see your financial institution account details. You can purchase from Being Australian with complete confidence.

Being Australian is unable to accept BPAY payments at this time. Please consider paying by credit card, Direct Deposit (very quick and convenient) or good old fashioned cheque or money order.

Shopping through Being Australian is always secure. If you opt to purchase using your credit card, you will be directed to the internationally respected PayPal payment engine, which we use to process customer transactions. Similarly, if you choose to pay by Direct Deposit, you will be directed to your financial institution's website. In all cases, we do not see nor record any banking or credit card details on our server.

Unfortunately, we can't accept orders over the telephone. Purchasing through the website is a much more reliable way of making sure we receive your order correctly and get it handled for you quickly.

We think it would be pretty dumb to do what we're doing and then offer merchandise made anywhere else but Australia. So - yes! Everything offered through Being Australian is made in Australia by Australians for Australians (as well as visitors/travellers and admirers of our brown and dusty land).

The cotton fabric we use is pre-shrunk Australian-grown and milled. So, if you follow the washing instructions on each garment there should be no further shrinkage.
