Kookaburra comes to school

an experience of city and town

I'm a teacher at a school in Balmain (Sydney). On my way to the print room this week, I saw a kookaburra perched on a window - but inside the building.

After I finished the photocopying, it was still there.

So, I went back to the staffroom, collected the faculty camera ( Canon IXUS 50), and found the kookaburra still there on the window.
