Fruit Platter! an experience of food I'm not officially Australian but I have been living in this beautiful country for almost two years (in 10 days!!!) and I am a temporary resident. All of my friends here are Australian and I love the wonderful culture that is so accessible here - e.g. BBQ's, Beaches etc...   At every BBQ/Picnic I have been to here there has ALWAYS been a beautiful fruit platter full of the best fruits in Oz and on Sunday I went for a picnic and made my very 1st fruit platter.
