Clothesline signage for a suburb (part 2)

an experience of aussie icons

So quirky is the concept of this clothes line art installation that I thought a few more pictures might help illustrate its weirdness.
 
The location of this art installation is on a patch of orphaned concrete that sits over the Eastern Distributor tunnel entrance.
 
Someone's gone to the trouble of acquiring an old clothes line and some lettering, some thongs and some green astro turf.
 
The result: a mock back yard in the middle of a busy Sydney intersection.
 
A clever idea, and very definitely a nod to the urban Australian setting.
